Here is a antique French table runner. This French handmade crochet filet lace table runner can be used for a mantle dresser scarf or a window valance.
The antique French handmade table runner has a 3” fringe along the bottom and the antique French table runner’s design is a grid background pattern.
There are 4 large clusters of handmade crochet motifs on the antique French table runner of grapes with leaf. The 2 center handmade crochet lace grape and leaf motif appliques measure: 10" high x 3" approx wide. The 2 outer handmade crochet lace grape and leaf motif appliques measure: 7 1/2" high x 4 1/2" wide
All of the work was done by hand and the grapes and leaf are raised away from the background.
The handmade lace crochet appliques on the antique French table runner looks to be hand stitched to the grid background.
Antique French Handmade Table Runner Measurement: 49" x 17" approx.
Antique French Handmade Table Runner Condition: Very good condition. I saw no obvious faults.
