This is a vintage organdy Maderia placemats and table runner set. There are 7 pieces in the set and they were probably made sometime in the 1950s. All pieces were hand embroidered and hand stitched.

The vintage organdy placemats and table runner set is made from sheer organdy cloth, the placemats and table runner have a graceful calla lily and leaves applique.

The vintage organdy placemats and table runner set have pale lemon yellow cloth backgrounds with a cream applique border; the calla lillies were cut from grey and white cloth.

The placemats measure about 17 1/4 inches x 11 1/4 inches; the table runner is about 41" x 15 inches.

Condition: There is a small light stain on the table runner, a few stains within the 6 placemats.
