This is a vintage Madeira organdy placemats set of 4. The vintage organdy Madeira placemats have a honeycomb window pane design with beautiful leaf applique and hand embroidered work. Nicely finished with a scalloped edge all around. The 4 pc organdy Madeira placemats were probably made sometime in the 1950s.
The vintage Madeira organdy placemats set is made from sheer organdy cloth, the placemats have a graceful applique leaf pattern on both sides.
The vintage Madeira organdy placemats have creamy white cloth backgrounds with a white applique leaf design and pale golden taupe hand embroidery work.
The placemats measure about 18 1/4 inches x 12 1/4 inches.
