Here is a antique vintage linen small pillow cover featuring beautifully hand done embroidery and needle lace work.
The subject is a sad one as it is a mourning couple. The man has his head bowed and holds his hat. The woman has her hands clasped and head bowed. In the background is a cart and digging fork.
Antique Vintage Needlelace Embroidered Pillow Cover Measurements: 14" length x 12 1/2" width (approx)
Material: Linen. Color: Cream
Antique Vintage Needlelace Embroidered Pillow Cover Condition: There are some condition issues with repaired stitches and I think that this small pillow cover would be best suited if framed to further protect it. I have photographed the repaired area as well as a couple other small holes. The right side is open and needs to be finished off with seams and closure.
