Here is a set of 8 antique Society Silk hand embroidered table doilies that feature a red poinsettia flower.
The antique society silk hand embroidered doilies features 3 poinsettia leaves motifs (shiny red shades), The embroidered poinsettia leaves have yellow decorated buds & there are 3 different techniques of lace drawn work inserts. The antique table doily is nicely finished off around the bottom edge with a embroidered leaf motifs in pink and grey and a grey embroidered edge.
Antique Hand Embroidered Society Silk Table Doily Measurements: 6 1/2" approx. x 6 2/8" approx.
Antique Hand Embroidered Table Doilies Condition: Very good. I saw no obvious faults. Some tiny grey embroidery floss fluff around the outer edge on some of the doilies.
Color: Ivory grey tone (see photo beside a white piece of paper).
