Handmade French Fichu Shoulder Shawl Head Veil Scarf Condition: Overall, very good condition. There are some small holes within the antique net collar - see photos.

I am a beginner in some handmade lace identification. In looking at the closeups I believe that it is handmade. If anyone can add to the in the identification of the lace I would be very grateful to gain experience from your knowledge.
