Here is an used antique French silk black lace trim which features a Art Nouveau & cobweb like geometric pattern.
The French antique silk black lace trim has a delicate fine cobweb geometric pattern at the top of the lace.
The lower part of the French antique silk black lace has a striking Art Nouveau design through the bottom of the antique lace trim.
Circa: 1920's or earlier
Antique French Silk Black Lace Trim Measurement: 30" x 8 1/2" approx.
Antique French Silk Black Lace Trim Condition: Very good condition with small faults.
There are 2 holes side by side to the delicate cobweb webbing (see photo) on the antique silk black lace trim.
As this antique silk black lace trim has a very open fine webbing design, it looks like there are some other openings giving the appearance of holes (see photos).
The threads or loose ground of the antique lace trim may have shifted. The overall appearance may be improved with carefully pressing to make these openings look less open. Please review photos.
