Measurements: 17 1/2" width across the bottom (see photo). The 2 side pieces of the antique lace collar are 15 1/2" in length (see photo). 1 3/8" wide at the top edge and gets wider further down.
Color: cream
Antique Handmade French Crochet Lace Collar Dress Insert Trim Condition: I saw several tiny tan rust marks that are mostly at the 2 upper side edges (see photos). One tiny tan rust mark at the bottom left and right sides.
